Drones Force Moscow Airport Shutdowns and Target Refineries
The relentless wave of unmanned aerial vehicles forced operational shutdowns at three major Moscow airports for a second consecutive day, newsukraine.rbc.ua reported. Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak announced that Ukrainian forces had targeted oil refineries in the Saratov and Ryazan regions.
Most incoming drones were destroyed by air defense forces at long range, Sobyanin stated. However, 534 drones were neutralized specifically as they approached Moscow. Russian authorities reported that the daily count of intercepted drones bound for the capital escalated steadily throughout the week.

Russia’s Defense Ministry claimed that more than 4,500 Ukrainian drones were shot down across various regions over the course of the week.
