“Sanli News” announced today (18) the latest poll on the Taoyuan mayor election. In terms of political party preference in the city of Taoyuan, the Democratic Progressive Party (25.7%), the Popular Party (18%) and the Kuomintang (17.2%) in third place, with a high percentage of aiding and abetting of the People’s Party. For the Kuomintang, on the whole, the citizens of Taoyuan tend to be political parties, with a pan-green ratio 32.0% higher than that of the pan-blue (22.8%).

As for the support of Taoyuan mayoral candidate, Kuomintang Zhang Shanzheng 27.9%, DPP Zheng Yunpeng 26.2%, showing a trend of five or five waves, Lai Xiangling ranked third with 9.6% , but 36.3% of voters said they couldn’t get them to choose a candidate; despite general support, Zhang Shanzheng leads Zheng Yunpeng by 1.7%. In terms of age, Zhang Shanzheng has the highest support among voters between the ages of 50 and 59 with 40.6%, and Zheng Yunpeng leads the group between the ages of 20 and 39 and between 60 and 69, including the elderly group has the highest support with 35.3%. According to a survey by Shanshui Public Opinion Research Co., Ltd. commissioned by Sanli News, the survey was conducted August 13-15 and the respondents were people over the age of 20 in Taoyuan City; the sampling method was based on the telephone number of households in Taoyuan city The sampling facility is sampled systematically, supplemented by random processing of queue 2 codes; 1080 valid samples are obtained; the sampling error is approximately 2.98 percentage points below the 95% confidence level.
