The move comes as Samsung has already secured 2nm chip orders from Ambarella,DeepX,Preferred Networks,and Tesla,signaling strong confidence in its capabilities. This chip is expected to feature ARM’s C1 series CPU cores, an AMD RDNA-based Xclipse 950 GPU, a powerful Neural Processing Unit (NPU), and an advanced Image Signal Processor (ISP). It may also integrate a 5G modem and support for low-Earth orbit satellite connectivity.
