International exchanges and cooperation are becoming more and more frequent. International training in agricultural technology is deeply in line with the needs of SCO countries. The SCO agricultural bases carry out various international training courses on online and offline agricultural technologies, to build an international agricultural training brand; organize more than 20 training sessions on agricultural technologies for SCO countries, involving water-saving irrigation, agricultural economic management and agriculture control of the production environment and other topics. Currently, the SCO agricultural base has formed an international training situation where SCO countries are the main body, Belt and Road countries are the pillar, and developing countries are widely irradiated.
Agricultural technology demonstrations lead to in-depth development. Combining local natural endowments and current agricultural development situation, SCO agricultural bases have built clusters of overseas agricultural parks in SCO countries through entrepreneurial operations, university participation and government leadership, joint research and demonstration promotion in the field.
International agricultural trade and industrial cooperation are fluid and close together. Building on the advantages of the Yangling Area Platform of the Shaanxi Pilot Free Trade Zone and the Yangling Comprehensive Restricted Zone, SCO Agricultural Base plans to build the SCO Agricultural Processing Industry Cooperation National Park, the park research and development of Germoplasm Resources Bonded, and cross-border-trade Industrial Park and Agricultural Equipment Plant and exhibition and trading center of agricultural production materials.
