“If you were to live along the JR Saikyo Line, the stations you would most want to live in are open to.” Who really came in first place?
NEXER (Toshima-ku, Tokyo), an internet researcher, has conducted a survey with Ouchi Palette, which introduces information on house builders, to find out what stations would you most want to live along the JR Saikyo Line. The results are presented in a ranking format.
The survey was conducted online from May 30th to June 18th, 2025 on men living in the Kanto region. We have received valid responses from a total of 250 people.
In third place was “Ebisu Station” (23 votes). Respondents said they had commented that they had a stylish image (in their 30s), “It’s just right in the city” (in their 50s), and “Because Ebisu Garden Place is close to it” (in their 40s).
Akabane Station (24 votes) ranked second. Comments such as “It’s not too far from the city center and good transportation” (in his 30s), “The access and rent are well balanced” (in his 40s), and “The prices seem cheap, so it looks easy to live in” (in his 60s).
And first place was “Omiya Station” (54 votes). The responses were collected, such as “It seems like it’s convenient because it’s transportation” (in his 30s), “It’s good for shopping, and the land prices aren’t as high as in the city center, and the transportation is also good” (in his 40s), and “It looks like it’s safe and easy to live in” (in his 20s).
