Based on the Regulation of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, there are ten guidelines for balanced nutrition. First, get used to the consumption of various kinds of staple foods such as foods that contain carbohydrates and protein. Second, limit sweet, salty, and fatty foods. Third, do exercise so that the remaining fat in the body can be burned into energy. Fourth, drink enough water, which is at least 2 liters per day. Fifth, eat more fruits and vegetables so that the immune system can be maintained and free from disease.
