Police Search for Missing Diabetic Man in Victoria

Victoria police are‍ searching ⁢for a 61-year-old ⁢man who went missing after leaving ⁣a caravan park in Victoria’s east on Tuesday. Troy Milne⁣ was last seen after departing a Woodside caravan park where he‌ had been camping with his‍ wife. Police are⁢ concerned for his welfare as he is​ not ⁣carrying insulin.

Mr. Milne’s silver ⁣and black Jeep Wrangler, with number plate XPZ-342, was last detected on CCTV travelling along the Great Alpine Road in​ Swifts Creek at ⁣1pm on Tuesday. He had earlier shopped⁣ at a service station in Omeo, just⁣ after midday, where staff reported he‌ appeared lost and ‌confused, requesting directions back to Bairnsdale.

police believe Mr. Milne is 193cm tall ⁢with a‍ medium to solid build and has scars on ⁢his forehead. ⁢He was‍ last seen⁢ wearing a white ‍singlet,gray jumper,track pants and​ black thongs.

A search​ involving​ police members, the Air Wing, and SES volunteers has been ⁢underway as Tuesday, but has so far yielded no ⁤results.
