Pelita Air & Garuda Merger: Pertamina’s Latest Update

JakartaPertamina Director‌ Simon Aloysius provided an update⁢ Tuesday on the ongoing evaluation of a potential merger between Pelita Air and Garuda Indonesia,stating the process involves discussions with multiple stakeholders and consideration of restructuring business units outside⁢ of oil and gas.
