Jakarta - Comedian Nunung has clarified the source of his recently publicized new home, confirming it was earned thru his work as a brand ambassador (BA).
Nunung emphasized the house wasn’t a gift, but compensation for his role promoting a housing complex near the airport. “This wasn’t just given to me, I have work. So BA is in a housing complex, located near the airport,” Nunung stated when interviewed at the Trans TV Studio, Jalan Captain P Tendean, South Jakarta, on Wednesday, October 8, 2025. The property is fully furnished, including a television, refrigerator, air conditioning, and kitchen set.
The Srimulat comedian anticipates moving into the new house by mid-October, pending final preparations. Currently, Nunung resides in a boarding house strategically located near his restaurant. “The boarding house is vrey close to the restaurant, only 5 minutes, right,” he explained, adding that it provides a convenient place to rest during breaks in his culinary business management.”Mostly just to rest if I’m tired. As when I’m waiting at a restaurant, sometimes I need a midday break, right? Well, the boarding house is realy close to the restaurant.”
