New to the “TikTokers” file: Application by the Public Appeal Lawyer in Mount Lebanon, Judge Tanios Saghbini, against a new person, HS For the crime of sexual assault on minors.
An investigation and investigation report was issued against the accused by the Public Appeal Prosecutor in Al-Jabal, which is outside Lebanon, because he declared that he intended to appear before the judges without accomplishing this, so Judge Al-Saghbini accused him in absentia and forwarded the indictment papers to an investigative investigation.
