Encisa, a resident of Santa Rosa, Corrientes, was last seen on May 1 when he left his home, reportedly intoxicated, and never returned. His residence was located near Provincial Route No.71, where he lived with his partner and two children. Investigators are currently working with three primary hypotheses to explain how Encisa’s body ended up under the bus:
