The company also offers integrations between its communications platforms – Business Voice and Switchvox – and Microsoft Teams.

The company’s cloud-based unified communications as a service (UCaaS) platform provides voice, video, messaging, and call center functionality. Sangoma’s cloud offerings, powered by Business Voice, CommUnity, or Switchvox Cloud, are designed to be scalable for businesses of varying sizes, supporting both single and multi-tenant configurations. Features include call control, call recording, paging, ring groups, voicemail, and SMS capabilities.

Sangoma’s cloud UCaaS optimizes call control with flexible routing options, compatible with both Sangoma phones and third-party devices.
