French YouTuber Michou Reveals €1.3 Million in 2024 YouTube Revenue
PARIS – French content creator Michou disclosed that his YouTube channel generated €1,298,556 in revenue during 2024, during a recent appearance with McFly and Carlito in a new concept video titled “Bread: if you’re not honest, you suffer.” The 23-year-old, whose real name is Miguel mattioli, revealed the figure to avoid being hit with a bread ball as part of the game’s rules.
Michou clarified the sum represents gross revenue, not net income, citing deductions for taxes, production costs, and other expenses. He also earns income from platforms beyond YouTube, including twitch, commercial partnerships, merchandise, music, events, and his catering chain, positioning him as one of France’s top-earning creators, second only to Squeezie, according to L’Essentiel de l’Eco.
The revelation comes as Michou expands his content offerings, recently premiering the first episode of his YouTube series Terminal – a survival game filmed in Spain with a budget exceeding €1 million and involving a crew of 250. The first episode garnered over 4.3 million views within three days of its online release on Sunday, following a theatrical premiere attended by 40,000 spectators.
