MAKS Moscow 2019 Draws Over Half a Million, Showcases Cutting-Edge aerospace Technology
Zhukovsky, Russia – The International Aviation and Space Salon, MAKS Moscow 2019, concluded recently after attracting over 500,000 exhibitors and visitors to Zhukovsky airport. The event, a major showcase for the global aerospace industry, hosted dignitaries including the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, and the President of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdogan.MAKS 2019 served as a platform for extensive knowledge sharing, featuring approximately 90 conferences, seminars, round tables, and strategic sessions. These events drew participation from more than 2,000 specialists, fostering collaboration and discussion on the latest advancements in the field.Supporting the main event,institutes like TsAGI,VIAM,and GosNIIAS hosted a series of scientific events at external locations.
The third iteration of the Eurasian Aerospace congress, organized by the Eurasian Aerospace Cluster partnership and the Government of Samara Region, also took place during MAKS 2019, bringing together over 700 delegates.
Among the international participants, MGM COMPRO, a czech company, was one of just eight from the Czech Republic to exhibit at the salon. The company presented its expertise in electric propulsion systems and specialized electronics for the aviation sector. “The high interest in our products and growth services is a vrey strong motivation to come up with even more advanced solutions in the future,” a company representative stated.
MAKS, held biennially, remains a critical event for the aerospace industry, providing a venue for international cooperation, technological exhibition, and the forging of new partnerships.
