Madeleine McCann Suspect Refuses Interview with Police Ahead of Prison Release
Praia da Luz, Portugal – Christian Brueckner, the prime suspect in the disappearance of Madeleine mccann, has declined to cooperate with the Metropolitan Police ahead of his release from a Portuguese prison on Wednesday. The 49-year-old German national is set to be freed after serving a seven-year sentence for the 2005 rape of an elderly woman in Praia da Luz – the same resort from which three-year-old Madeleine vanished in 2007.
