LA Hip-Hop Artist Faces Multiple Rape Charges, Police Seek Additional Victims
Los Angeles police have arrested and charged a local hip-hop artist and social media influencer with multiple counts of rape. Clinton Adams,32,who performs as Clintnlord,was taken into custody on November 19th and afterward charged by the Los Angeles district Attorney’s office with three counts of rape and one count of assault with intent to commit a felony.
According to authorities, Adams allegedly invited two women to his home on separate occasions – june 29th and August 7th & 8th – where he sexually assaulted them. Both women independently reported the assaults to the Los Angeles Police Department and positively identified Adams as the perpetrator.
Adams, who boasts a important following across platforms like Instagram and TikTok under the handle @Clintnlord, entered a not guilty plea on November 21st. He is currently being held on $1.425 million bail.
The LAPD is now actively seeking data regarding potential additional victims. Detectives have released Adams’ photograph to the public,hoping to encourage anyone with relevant information to come forward.
Court and jail records indicate Adams was briefly detained in February 2024 by the California Department of Corrections regarding a possible parole violation. He was released following a May 2024 hearing, but later detained by Florida authorities before being released again.
