Kyocera Unimerco Expands CVD Diamond Coating Capabilities with Weber Technologies Acquisition

Neuss, Germany – kyocera Unimerco Tooling A/S has strategically acquired ‌Weber Technologies, a specialist in⁢ Chemical Vapor Deposition⁢ (CVD) diamond coatings, bolstering Kyocera’s global reach in advanced materials technology. the acquisition integrates Weber Technologies’ operations into Kyocera Unimerco, strengthening its ​position in‍ key industries including cutting tools, electronics, and medical technology.

Weber Technologies, ⁣based in Potsdam, Germany, brings recognized expertise in CVD diamond coating -⁤ a process known for increasing performance and efficiency in demanding applications. This ⁣investment represents Kyocera’s continued commitment to technology ⁢advancements and expands its innovative strength within Europe and globally. The move allows Kyocera to offer wider application ‍of CVD diamond coating technology than previously possible.
