Juventus Vs Monza: Bianconeri Fall 0-2


Juventus continued to experience poor results in the Italian League. Massimiliano Allegri’s team this time were humiliated by Monza with a score of 0-2.

Juventus vs Monza took place at the Allianz Stadium, Sunday (29/1/2023) evening WIB. The Bianconeri appeared dominant in this match, but could not close it with a win.

The Old Lady fell with a score of 2-0. All of Monza’s goals came in the first half through Pattrick Ciurria and Dany Mota.

Course of the Match

Juventus tried to attack at the start. The opportunity then came in the third minute through Leandro Paredes’ free kick which went wide.

Monza had tore Juventus’ goal in the 10th minute. It’s just that, VAR annulled Gianluca Caprari’s goal because it was offside first.

Monza only really scored a goal in the 18th minute. Patrick Ciurria was able to score a goal through his hard kick, following the bait from Jose Machin.

Monza even enlarge the advantage to 2-0 in the 39th minute. This time, it was Dany Mota who succeeded in breaking into the Juventus goal. He was able to release his hard kick, maximizing Carlos Augusto’s bait.

Juventus had difficulty getting up. They could not cut the gap until the first half was over.

Juventus immediately pulled the gas early in the second half in order to reduce the lag. Within five minutes, Juventus had two attempts on goal from Bremer and Matias Soule, which the opposing goalkeeper could still anticipate.

Juventus scored a goal in the 77th minute after chaos broke out in the Monza penalty box from a free kick. The referee annulled the goal because Bremer was in an offside position.

Until the match was over, Juventus were unable to get a goal. The club from Turin had to accept defeat with a score of 0-2.
