Other services include exclusive ticket sales, accounting and IT management (approx. 300 users) within the Graz theater.

We have an immediate vacancy for the position

IT technician

Your main tasks include:

• 2nd level support (Windows 10, MS Office, e-mail, printer, applications used)
• Carrying out the maintenance and servicing of the servers and network landscape
• Supervision of IT projects
• Data backup support
• Network support (configuration and maintenance of network components)

The following detailed knowledge would be desirable, but is not required: security & firewalling (PaloAlto), network infrastructure (HP, VMWare, Veeam, Ruckus, System Center, PDQ), databases (MS SQL), ERP system, MS CRM, ticket sales software, Scheduling and time recording software, Office365, Powershell, MS Azure
