Janice Dickinson is pursuing legal action against a British broadcaster following injuries she alleges occurred during the filming of a reality TV show. Graphic photos have emerged, revealing the extent of the facial damage reportedly sustained in the incident.
Photos obtained by TMZ depict the aftermath of a fall that reportedly occurred in 2023 while Dickinson was filming “I’m a Celebrity… South Africa.”
The images reveal significant bruising and abrasions to Dickinson’s forehead, nose, lips, and chin. She claims to have suffered head and facial injuries after tripping while walking to the restroom during the night at the show’s jungle camp.
Dickinson filed a lawsuit in the United Kingdom against ITV Studios in September 2025, seeking six-figure damages for her injuries [[2]].The legal portrayal is being provided by Taylor Hampton Solicitors, a London-based firm with a high-profile client list that includes Hugh Grant, Elizabeth Hurley, and Sir Elton John.
Sources close to Dickinson have stated she was “absolutely devastated” upon learning that her face may have sustained permanent deformation and nerve damage [[1]].
Dickinson reportedly felt “humiliated” by the incident and was initially unable to publicly address it, leading to speculation online, including suggestions she had suffered a stroke.
Sources indicate that Dickinson enjoyed her time on the reality show but emphasizes that the injury was an unforeseen result she did not anticipate.
Janice’s UK representative, Dermot McNamara, confirmed to TMZ that Dickinson is “fully committed to this legal process and seeing it through to its conclusion.”
ITV studios released a statement to TMZ, acknowledging receipt of Dickinson’s claim and asserting that “’I’m A celebrity’ operates a high level of safety protocols and the health, safety and welfare of all of our contributors are our number one priority.” [[3]]
ITV further stated that they do not recognize Dickinson’s account of events, but confirmed they provided medical care, covered her medical expenses, arranged her return to Los Angeles, and maintained contact with her and her representatives for seven months following the incident.
