IRRIGATION AND FERTILIZATION ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Principal functions:
– Consolidate the information of the different activities of the area provided by the supervisors and the head of irrigation and fertilization; ensuring correct information for presentations to management.
– Prepare reports of the budgetary information of the area, taking into account what was projected vs. executed; in order to provide alerts to the supervisors and heads of the irrigation and fertilization area.
– Consolidate and alert the updated stock of the different warehouses in the area (first use and second use); in order to comply with the preventive and corrective maintenance schedule.
– Carry out the follow-up of the SOLPED with the logistics area and suppliers; ensuring the arrival of inputs / services to comply with the activities of the area.
– Other functions that THE EMPLOYER may assign based on your needs.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Agroindustrial Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
– Management of Excel at an advanced level (Indispensable).
– Management of Power Bi at an intermediate level (Indispensable).
– Management of SAP at an intermediate level (Indispensable).
– Minimum 1 year experience in similar positions.
– Have an A1 driver’s license (Desirable).
