Insurers are not allowed to use data from your Fitbit

Insurance companies may be banned from using data from health apps and making their prices and coverage dependent on whether an insurance candidate is willing to install such an app. After all, the Parliamentary Economy Committee on Wednesday approved a bill from the PS to that effect.
