“Alla Donskoy” will have to answer to the fullest extent permitted by law

The woman published her “posts” on social networks under the pseudonym of Alena Donskaya, “the security service noted.

Employees of the Ukrainian security services have arrested in Kiev a pro-Kremlin agitator who, through social networks, has justified the war crimes of the Russian aggressors. This is reported on site special services Tuesday 27 September.

According to the counterintelligence of the SBU, the hostile accomplice is an official of one of the centers for administrative services of the capital, who, after the start of a large-scale invasion, created his own fake account on the social network. There she posted her “messages” about her under the pseudonym “Alena Donskaya”.

Among other things, he called on Ukrainians to take state power and campaigned to support Russian occupation groups. Furthermore, a lover of the “Russian world” justified the crimes of the invaders, including the bombing of Ukrainian cities and the killing of civilians. “Informprivody” took from the propaganda resources of Russia, – says the message.

25 incidents were recorded on the website of the agitator, which, according to the conclusion of a comprehensive psychological and linguistic forensic examination, pose a threat to the security of the state of Ukraine.

In the course of the investigative actions, the employees of the SBU gained access to the attacker’s computer equipment and gadgets, from which he administered destructive content.

The detainee was informed of the suspicion under five articles of the Ukrainian Criminal Code:

  • Part 2 of article 109 (actions aimed at forcibly modifying or overthrowing the constitutional order or taking over the power of the state);

  • part 2 of article 110 (violation of the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine);

  • part 1. Art. 161 (violation of the equality of citizens according to race, nationality, regional affiliation, religious convictions, disabilities and other reasons);

  • part 1. st.436-1 (production, distribution of communist and Nazi symbols and propaganda of the totalitarian communist and national socialist (Nazi) regimes;

  • Part 3 of article 436-2 (justification, recognition of legality, denial of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, glorification of its participants).

The court chose the suspect as a restraining measure in the form of detention.

Earlier it was reported that in Kiev exhibited judge who campaigned for the “Russian world”. The SBU has gathered a comprehensive evidence base, but does not have the authority to detain the accused.
