The actress previously gave birth to her first child, a daughter, in July 2023, also choosing a natural delivery.
“It was amazing,” D’Cruz told Pinkvilla in a recent interview. “Honestly, I think a lot of it has to do with being prepared mentally and physically. I did a lot of breathing exercises and meditation.” She emphasized the importance of a supportive birth team, crediting her husband and doctor for their encouragement.
