Merdeka.com – Huawei finally officially announced the launch schedule for its newest smartphone, the Mate 40. CEO of Huawei Consumer Business and Huawei Executive Director, Richard Yu, who announced the news via the Weibo channel.
Reported by GSM Arena, Saturday (12/10), the announcement of this smartphone will be made on October 22, 2020. The global launch schedule is at 14.00 European time or around 19.00 WIB.
In the announcement, which was shown via a short video, Huawei showed a glimpse of the human eye. But it is not yet known whether this appearance is related to the features in the Mate 40 later.
Based on the video, the Huawei Mate 40 Pro has a screen with a slightly curved design on the right and left, and a punch hole at the top. Additionally, there is a red power button next to the volume button.
The Huawei Mate 40 series is also said to debut using the Kirin 9000 chipset. In addition, the camera on this smartphone is predicted to have a circular design on the back.
