New York City – Heidi Klum debuted a show-stopping‍ Medusa costume Friday ‍night as‍ she arrived‌ at⁢ her 24th annual Halloween ‍party, held at the Hard Rock hotel New‍ york’s the Venue on ⁣Music Row. The elaborate⁢ look‌ featured a headpiece of moving ‍snakes, fangs, a forked tongue, ⁤a ‍full snake body suit,⁣ and a long tail, complete with a ⁣bow and arrow ‍playfully aimed at her husband, Tom Kaulitz, who appeared as a knight turned ‍to ⁤stone.

Klum’s Halloween parties have become a signature event of the ‌spooky season, consistently raising the bar for celebrity costumes. Throughout the month leading up to the event, Klum teased the costume on social media, recently telling⁣ Good Morning America, “I’m going to be very ⁢ugly – very scary, but ‌very ugly.” She also shared glimpses of the prosthetic‌ application process on Friday. Klum ⁣collaborates with‍ Emmy-winning prosthetic makeup designer Mike ‌Marino, recognized this year for his work on The Penguin, ‌to bring her visions to life.

Reflecting on the‍ origins of the party in a video posted to Instagram, Klum recalled starting the tradition approximately 25 years ago after searching for the ultimate Halloween party in New York City.⁢ “It all‍ started about 25 years ago ⁣when I was searching for the party in‍ New York City‌ and I thought, ‘I’m⁣ going to have to take ‍that one over,'” ‍she explained. ‍She admitted the pressure to outdo herself each year is significant, adding, “I‌ have⁤ sleepless nights over Halloween, you have no idea.‌ I always hope that it works out.”
