GTA V, The Witcher 3 and Cyberpunk 2077 were tested on a PC with a Russian Elbrus processor

Youtuber under the nickname Elbrus PC Play conducted a stream with a test of some popular PC games on a Russian processor Elbrus.

To pass the blogger used a computer based on an 8-core processor Elbrus-8S1 in Intel Core 2 Duo E7400 c emulation mode 32 GB RAM DDR3-ECC, graphics card AMD Radeon R9 370 4 GB and operating system Windows 10 Pro.

  • DOOM (2016) through the Vulkan API showed around 30-35 FPS with drawdowns up to 27 FPS during battles;
  • Cyberpunk 2077 turned out to be unplayable. Even at the lowest settings, the frame rate did not rise above 15 FPS;
  • GTA V expected the same result. With the graphics options turned to the minimum, the game gave out 10-12 FPS;
  • The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt at the beginning of the passage in the castle, Kaer Morhen showed 20 FPS on low settings, however, as soon as the open world and battles appeared, the performance dropped to 10-15 FPS.
