Grapevine, Colleyville, and Southlake are experiencing a wave of new businesses and shifts in the local commercial landscape. From a family-owned Italian restaurant preparing for its debut to several store closures, here’s a complete update on recent business developments in the area.
Several new ventures are on the horizon,including a 130-suite Hyatt House DFW hotel planned for the southern side of Dallas Fort Worth International Airport,slated to open in 2027. BungeeONE, a fitness studio offering low-impact, high-intensity cardio and bounce classes, is also coming to Colleyville. Additionally, Lambert Home, an interior design and construction firm currently located at 2787 E. Southlake Blvd.,Ste. 105, will open a new 12,000 square foot headquarters in Southlake in 2026.
Dining Updates
A new Italian restaurant, owned by Romeo manellari, is preparing to open, offering a full Italian menu with sauces made from scratch. The restaurant is awaiting its final inspection as of December 2. Menu items will include pizza (Hawaiian, barbecue, and Margherita options), garlic bread, pasta, minestrone soup, salads, calzones, sub sandwiches, and seafood. Desserts will feature cannoli, tiramisu, cheesecake, and chocolate cake.
However, the dining scene has also seen some closures.Cold Press Cafe, which served organic juices, smoothies, espressos, and acai bowls, has recently closed its doors.
Laredo Taco Company celebrated its first anniversary on October 7, serving breakfast tacos, burritos, and traditional Mexican plates.
