GoTo Shareholders to Vote on management Reshuffle, New leadership Appointments
jakarta, Indonesia – November 25, 2025 - GoTo (k) will convene an Exceptional General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at 11:00 WIB at the GoLearn Auditorium, Pasaraya Blok M Building, Jakarta, to approve a significant reshuffling of its management team. The EGMS agenda focuses on the acceptance of resignations and the ratification of new appointments to both the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors.
Seven agenda items are slated for discussion, beginning with the approval of resignations from Commissioners Pablo Malay and winato Kartono. According to an Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) Information Disclosure, GoTo Management stated, ”In connection with the above, the Company requests approval from the EGMS for the resignation of Mr.Pablo Malay and Mr. Winato Kartono from their respective positions as Commissioners of the Company.”
The meeting will also seek approval for the previously announced resignations of GOTO Main Director Patrick Sugito Walujo and GOTO Public Affairs and Communications Director Ade mulyana, submitted on Monday, November 24, 2025. The company confirmed receiving resignation letters from these Board of Directors members.
Alongside the resignations, the EGMS will vote on the appointments of Andre Soelistyo and Santoso Kartono as Commissioners, and Hans Patuwo as the new Main Director, succeeding Patrick Sugito Walujo.
