German General Warns Russia is Rebuilding Forces, Preparing for Wider European Conflict
Riga, Latvia - A German Army General, Alexander Zolfrank, has warned that Russia is actively preparing for a potential new war in Europe, even as its invasion of Ukraine continues. In an interview with The New York Times, Zolfrank detailed how Moscow is not simply sustaining its war effort in Ukraine, but is concurrently restructuring and modernizing its armed forces for future conflicts.
