Gamepia to Start Pre-orders for Death Princess and the Monster of the Second Library on June 23

June 22, 2026 Rachel Kim – Technology Editor Technology

Gamepia announced on June 23 the start of pre-sales for a monster-themed package featuring characters from “Sa Shin Gongju” and “Yeosugwan,” according to Beta News. The announcement, made by the South Korean gaming company, marks the first public details of the collaboration, which has generated anticipation among fans of both franchises.

The pre-sale begins on June 23 and includes exclusive in-game items, character skins, and promotional content tied to the “monster package,” though specific details about the offerings remain undisclosed. A Gamepia spokesperson confirmed the launch date to Beta News, stating the initiative aims to “enhance player engagement through cross-franchise partnerships.”

Sa Shin Gongju, a popular mobile game centered on historical fantasy narratives, and Yeosugwan, a multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) title, have each reported steady user growth in 2024. Industry analysts note that such collaborations often correlate with increased player retention and revenue, though no financial projections were released by Gamepia.

The company’s decision to partner with these two titles follows a broader trend in the gaming sector, where developers increasingly bundle content to attract diverse audiences. A June 2024 report by the Korea Game Association highlighted a 12% rise in cross-promotional campaigns compared to the previous year.

Pre-order details, including platform availability and pricing, are expected to be revealed in a separate update. Gamepia has not yet responded to requests for additional commentary on the partnership’s long-term strategy.
