Fatal Stabbing in Ingolstadt: Woman Dies After ‍Attack by Ex-Partner

A 45-year-old woman has died after being stabbed on a street in Ingolstadt, Germany, on Friday. According to a statement released by police, the woman sustained life-threatening injuries and was transported to a local hospital where‍ she later succumbed to her injuries.

A 49-year-old⁣ man, identified as the ⁢victim’s ex-partner, is in police⁢ custody and‍ currently hospitalized with ⁤serious injuries. He is under ‌police guard, authorities⁤ confirmed.

Details of ⁣the Incident

Police report that the incident followed an argument between the ‍woman and the suspect. The suspect allegedly stabbed the woman ‍with a kitchen ⁣knife. The motive‌ for the dispute remains under inquiry, a police spokesperson ​stated.

Sons‘ Intervention
