This has got all the equipment that you need but is a bit more homely,” Louise explains.

LB: Yes, definitely. As women, our muscle mass reduces by 5-10% across each decade from the age of 30. So, it’s a ‘use it or lose it’ situation. Strength training helps maintain and build muscle mass, which is crucial for our long-term health and independence.By building strength, we can prevent falls, maintain mobility, and reduce the risk of osteoporosis. Plus, it’s a grate way to boost our metabolism and maintain a healthy weight.
