Alpine F1 Driver Esteban Ocon Acquires Bespoke $1.1 Million Lamborghini
London, UK – Esteban Ocon, driver for the Alpine F1 Team, has taken delivery of a highly customized Lamborghini revuelto, valued at $1.1 million (approximately £820,000). The unique vehicle, a Mansory Initiate, represents a collaboration between the Formula 1 driver and the German tuning house, Mansory.
Ocon personally oversaw the design of the car, reflecting his existing partnership with Mansory, whose branding also appears on his racing helmet. The resulting Lamborghini boasts a black marbled carbon finish accented with red detailing, extending to the interior. OconS race number, 31, is prominently displayed on the wheel arches.
The Mansory modifications extend beyond aesthetics. The car’s 6.5-litre V12 engine has been upgraded from its standard 814bhp to 868bhp,surging to an impressive 1,070bhp when utilizing the hybrid system.
Mansory specializes in high-end vehicle customization, offering services that include ‘armouring’ and bespoke interiors for aircraft and boats. The company states its artisans ”meticulously handcraft every detail, transforming automobiles into bespoke masterpieces.”
The base price of a Lamborghini Revuelto is around $600,000 (£450,000), with the Mansory customization adding approximately $500,000 to the final cost.
This purchase comes as other F1 drivers have recently adjusted their collections. Daniel Ricciardo has offered his Aston Martin Valkyrie for sale, a hypercar valued between $2.7 million and $3.4 million, while Lewis Hamilton has reportedly downsized his $17.5 million collection, selling vehicles he deemed not to be “art.”
