The new Dacia Sandero was born on the CMF platform, the same as the most recent Renault models, and is available on the Italian market with efficient and reliable engines.
A model that perfectly embodies Dacia’s DNA: cars characterized by an excellent “value for money”Underlined by a complete equipment offered at the right price.
Dacia Sandero: a compact and versatile five-door
A strong personality expressed by a convincing design, compared to the previous model its line is more fluid, aerodynamic, the windshield is more inclined, the roof has been lowered by 1 centimeter, while the ground clearance is unchanged. Solid and safe, the wider track and the new 15 and 16-inch wheels, depending on the trim level, immediately give the feeling of a car firmly planted on the ground.
Sandero is offered in two configurations:
The Stepway is a crossover with a strong personality that is easily recognizable compared to its sister Streetway, due to the rounded bonnet and the logo positioned under the grille. Specific for this version is the front and rear bumpers, both equipped with metal-colored protections.
Its height from the ground is also greater, 174 millimeters, more than 41 millimeters more than the “base” version, thanks above all to the 16-inch wheels, with an increased diameter and specific design. On request, those with a diamond finish are also available.
Stepway is a model that adapts to any type of use, from everyday use to trips outside the city, the inevitable modular roof bars, capable of withstanding loads up to 80 kilos.

Dacia Sandero: record-breaking habitability
Practical, comfortable and easy to drive, the driver can count on the height adjustment of the seat and steering wheel, the latter also in depth, and on a front armrest, single or central (optional). Handy and ergonomic, the manual gearshift lever has been shortened, the electrically controlled steering allows for easy maneuvers even in small spaces, compared to the previous generation of Sandero, its operation requires 36% less effort.
The typical “value for money” of Dacia is easily found in the new Sandero, where comfort and safety go hand in hand. Depending on the specification, accessories are available, as standard or as an option, such as automatic climate control with digital temperature display, keyless entry called “Keyless Entry” with remote luggage compartment opening, electric parking brake, the front and rear parking sensors and automatic switching on of the windscreen wipers.
The active safety aspect has also been particularly taken care of, on both configurations, there are different ones driver assistance systems (the so-called ADAS), among the most useful we point out the automatic emergency braking, active up to 170 km / h, the useful blind angle sensor, active from 30 km / h up to 140 km / h, parking assistance, four front sensors and four rear sensors make it easier for the driver to maneuver and assist when starting uphill, for two seconds when starting off, it is also possible to remove the brake pedal without the car rolling back.
