Courmayeur, Italy – November 17, 2023 – The second edition of the prestigious Courmayeur cup is set to kick off tomorrow, November 18th, and continue through Saturday, November 19th, on the slopes of Mont Blanc. Igor Gorgonzola Novara,under the guidance of coach Lorenzo bernardi,will face a challenging lineup of Italy and Europe’s top volleyball teams – Conegliano,Milan,and Scandicci - in pursuit of the coveted trophy.
Opening Match: Igor vs. Conegliano
Igor will begin their tournament journey with a highly anticipated rematch against Conegliano, recalling the thrilling semifinal clash from the previous championship season. The match is scheduled for 5:30 PM CET tomorrow, Friday, November 18th, at the Courmayeur Sport Center. Fans can catch the action live on Rai Sport, DAZN, and YouTube – with Italian commentary available on the women’s volleyball channel and English commentary on the Volleyball World channel.

The competition continues at 8:30 PM CET with a match between Milan and Scandicci, broadcast on DAZN and YouTube. Saturday will feature the final matches:
- Bronze Medal Match: 4:30 PM CET (DAZN and YouTube)

Igor Gorgonzola Novara will have a full roster available,including their newest addition,Amber Igiede,who is immediately available for selection. Carlotta cambi and Mayu Ishikawa, who participated in the team’s recent friendly match in Busto Arsizio but did not play, are also ready to contribute.
