The Labubu figures were initially released by How2Work before the brand was acquired by Pop Mart in 2019. Pop Mart launched the series, and its popularity quickly exploded, first in Southeast Asia and now worldwide, fueled by collectible boxes containing plush toys, figures, and expanding merchandise lines.the character’s cultural impact has grown to the point of being parodied in the film south Park.
Alongside Labubu, “The Monsters” series includes characters Zimomo (the leader), Mokoko, and Tycoco.
As of now, no producer, director, or screenwriter has been attached to the project. Fans will have to await further announcements regarding the film’s advancement.
