Pertamina Overhauls Leadership with New Directors and Commissioners
Strategic Shifts Aim to Boost Indonesia’s Energy Giant
Indonesia’s state-owned oil and gas company, PT Pertamina (Persero), announced a significant reshuffling of its leadership team today, aiming to strengthen its position in a rapidly evolving energy landscape. The changes, approved at a shareholders’ meeting, introduce new expertise while retaining key figures.
Leadership Continuity and New Appointments
The General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS) confirmed that Simon Aloysius Mantiri will continue as President Director, and Wiko Migantoro remains as Deputy President Director. Several existing directors will also maintain their roles, including Sri Emma Martini as Finance Director and A. Salyadi Dariah Saputra as Director of Strategy, Portfolio, and Business Development.
However, the RUPS also appointed several new directors to key positions. M. Erry Sugiharto transitions to Director of Business Support, while Oki Muraza takes on the role of Director of Technology and Sustainability Transformation. Further appointments include Ardy Muawin as Director of Logistics and Infrastructure, and Ahmad Siddik Badrudin as Director of Risk Management. Andy Arvianto has been named Director of Human Resources.
Commissioners Also See Changes
Alongside the directorate changes, Pertamina’s Board of Commissioners also saw adjustments. Todotua Pasaribu was appointed as Deputy Commissioner, and Nanik S. Deyang joins as an Independent Commissioner. Mochamad Iriawan, a former Police General, will continue to serve as President Commissioner.
