Man Facing Dozens of Charges in Child Exploitation Investigation
Cambridge, Ontario – June 17, 2025 – A 28-year-old man from Cambridge, Ontario, is now facing a total of 27 criminal charges related to an ongoing investigation into the online exploitation of children. The Huron County OPP Crime Unit initiated the investigation in March 2024 following reports of inappropriate interaction with a minor via social media.
The suspect was initially arrested and charged with six offences, including luring, possession of child pornography, and making sexually explicit material available to minors. However, as the investigation progressed, investigators uncovered additional evidence and identified further victims, leading to 21 more charges. These include additional counts of luring and distribution of explicit content, alongside serious allegations of sexual assault, sexual interference, and voyeurism.
Authorities believe there may be unreported victims and are urging anyone with data to come forward. The accused allegedly used several online aliases – “Jason,” “Stintam,” “Stalkham,” “Jason Stintam,” and “Jason Stalkham” – and frequently utilized Bitmoji images as profile pictures.
