Grant Thornton Société d’Avocats, a multidisciplinary business law firm, member of Grant Thornton International, is looking for a Business Law Intern to join its Lille office.
You will be called upon to work within a team on a human scale, specializing in company law, commercial law and tax law. You will work on a wide variety of files, on behalf of French companies of all sizes (ETIs, SMEs, start-ups).
Your missions will revolve around the following areas:
– Company law: legal monitoring of companies, legal research, drafting of notes and consultations, drafting of deeds
– Commercial law: drafting of commercial contracts, contractual due diligence
Our return will take place in October 2023 for a period of 3 months.
