Destiny’s Child Reunites for Surprise Beyoncé Performance
Iconic Trio Takes Stage Together for First Time in Seven Years
Fans at Beyoncé‘s final “Cowboy Carter” Tour stop in Las Vegas were treated to an electrifying, once-in-a-lifetime moment Saturday night as her former group, Destiny’s Child, made a surprise appearance.
A Blast from the Past
For the first time in seven years, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams joined Beyoncé onstage at Allegiant Stadium. The trio erupted into their hit “Independent Women” after Beyoncé teased the reunion, shouting, “Destiny’s Child, b—t!”
The legendary group launched into a medley of their greatest hits, starting with “Lose My Breath,” a track not performed by the trio since Beyoncé‘s 2018 Coachella performance. They followed with Beyoncé‘s “Energy” before closing out with the 2001 anthem “Bootylicious,” a song they last performed together at the 2013 Super Bowl.
The ultimate reunion! ✨ So grateful to share the stage with my beautiful sisters, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams. What a night!
This moment was pure magic. Love you both!

A Legacy of Hits
Since their 1997 debut, Destiny’s Child has been recognized as one of music’s most influential girl groups. While they officially disbanded in 2006, they have reunited for notable performances, including the 2013 Super Bowl and Beyoncé‘s 2018 Coachella set. Earlier in 2023, former members LaTavia Roberson and LeToya Luckett were seen backstage at Beyoncé‘s Renaissance World Tour.
During their career, Destiny’s Child achieved ten top 10 hits on the Billboard Hot 100, with four reaching No. 1. Their album “Survivor” and “#1’s” both topped the Billboard 200 chart.
Star-Studded Finale
The “Cowboy Carter” Tour finale also featured surprise appearances from Shaboozey, who joined Beyoncé for a medley of songs, and her husband, Jay-Z. The power couple performed “Crazy in Love” together and Jay-Z delivered a solo rendition of “N—s in Paris.”
Beyoncé concluded the show with a powerful message to the audience: “Don’t ever ask permission for something that already belongs to you.”
She expressed her deep gratitude for the tour’s success and the hard work of everyone involved.
Attendees in the VIP section included notable figures such as Kris Jenner, Khloé Kardashian, Tyler Perry, and Oprah Winfrey, according to TMZ.
The tour encompassed major cities across the globe, including Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, London, Paris, Houston, Washington D.C., Atlanta, and the Las Vegas finale.
