The 2026 World Baseball Classic schedule has been finalized, with games set to be played across four countries – Japan, Puerto Rico, the United States, and Taiwan – beginning March 4, 2026, and culminating in the championship game on March 17 in Miami, Florida.

The tournament will kick off in Tokyo, Japan, with a matchup between Chinese Taipei and Australia. Other pool play locations include San Juan, Puerto Rico; Houston, Texas; and Miami, Florida. The groups have been established following qualification rounds held in Taipei, Taiwan, and Tucson, Arizona.

Pool A will be hosted in Tokyo, featuring Japan, Australia, Czechia, Korea, and Chinese Taipei. Pool B will take place in San Juan, with Puerto Rico, Canada, Cuba, Panama, and Colombia competing. Houston will host Pool C, comprised of the United States, Great Britain, Italy, Mexico, and Brazil. Miami will host Pool D, featuring the Dominican Republic, Israel, the Netherlands, Venezuela, and Nicaragua.

FOX will be the exclusive broadcast partner for the 2026 World Baseball Classic in the United States, airing seven games across the FOX family of networks, including the championship game. The remaining 40 games will be available on FS1, FS2, the FOX Sports app, FOX One, and Tubi. FOX Deportes will carry 28 tournament games in Spanish. Streaming options include FOXSports.com, the FOX Sports App, FOX One, and services like YouTube TV and Fubo that carry FOX networks.

Quarterfinal games will be held in Houston and Miami on March 13 and 14, respectively. The semifinals are scheduled for March 15 and 16 in Miami, leading up to the World Championship Final on March 17.

Despite losing to Japan in the 2023 final, the United States is currently favored to win the 2026 tournament. Team USA begins its pool play on March 6 against Brazil in Houston.
