PHOENIX – Arizona drivers saw a small ⁤reprieve at the pump this week, with regular gas prices falling by‌ 2 cents, or 0.7%,to reach a current average of ‌$3.57 per gallon as of September 26.Despite the weekly decrease, prices remain 22 cents higher than they were simultaneously occurring last year, representing a 6.7% increase.

Fluctuations in gas prices directly impact household budgets,travel costs,and the overall economy. The current dip offers temporary relief,⁤ but the year-over-year increase signals ongoing economic‍ pressures for consumers.
