Approaching Herd Immunity, Vaccination of Malang City Residents is Almost 65 Percent

MALANG CITY – Malang City is getting closer to herd immunity. With the acceleration of vaccination that continues to be boosted to this day (11/9), nearly 65 percent of the population who have received the vaccination. Just a little longer to reach herd immunity at 70 percent.

“The first dose has reached 64.75 percent, our second dose has reached 38 percent, the third booster or vaccine for health workers (nakes) is 76 percent,” said Head of the Malang City Health Service (Kadinkes), Dr. Husnul Muarif Saturday (11/02). 9) noon.

As for students, there are already tens of thousands of differences between the authority of the City Government and the Provincial Government. “If junior high schools get information about almost ten thousand at Polkesma, about 12 or 13 thousand high schools from the Head of Education Office of East Java Province. Each has a population of around 40,000,” he explained.

With this proportion, his party continues to accelerate by working together with several parties. “We will see the acceleration with the Polresta and Kodim 0833 Malang City.
