Amazon’s Prime Day Deals Offer Deep Discounts
Prime members gain access to savings on electronics, gadgets, and more.
Amazon’s annual Prime Day event, a summer equivalent to Black Friday, is underway, presenting considerable discounts on a variety of products, but these special offers are exclusively for Amazon Prime subscribers running until Friday, July 11.
Prime Day Perks
Those who aren’t already subscribed have the chance to try Amazon Prime free for 30 days. After the trial period, the subscription costs 9 euros monthly or 90 euros annually. According to Statista, Amazon Prime had over 172 million subscribers in the U.S. alone in 2024.
Beyond discounts, Amazon Prime provides other advantages, including Prime Video, Music Prime Music, access to thousands of e-books, and free PC video games monthly. However, unlimited free delivery isn’t included in the Czech Republic, and some content, like live Champions League broadcasts, isn’t available in the Prime video service.

The Galaxy Watch7 (44mm) is on sale for 197 euros (4900 CZK). This price matches the gray market rate in the Czech Republic, undercutting the official distribution price by a thousand crowns. Amazon also provides a warranty. The watch boasts Wear OS with Samsung’s enhancements, offering more features than the Pixel Watch 3 from Google, and it also measures ECG and blood pressure, if you have the same brand.
Google Pixel Discounts
Pixels, Nesty, and other Google products are available on Amazon with discounts. For example, the Pixel 9A smartphone is selling for 436 euros (10,750 CZK), while costing at least a thousand crowns more in the Czech Republic. It features a great display, takes good pictures, has long battery life, IP68 resistance, and adequate power, although charging could be faster.
Amazfit Helio Ring
The Helio Ring from Amazfit, a popular item in Czech stores at 3290 CZK, is available on Amazon for 112 euros (2800 CZK) in three sizes. This titanium alloy ring is thin (2.6 mm) and light (under 4 grams) with sensors for measuring physical and sleep activity, heart rate, oxygen saturation, temperature, and EDA for stress monitoring. Battery life is four days per charge.
Marshall Major IV Headphones
Marshall Major IV headphones can be purchased on Amazon for 51 euros (1250 CZK), the lowest price ever in the Czech Republic, where it typically costs at least four hundred more. This three-year-old model is comfortable, provides excellent sound, and lasts for days on a single charge.
Apple iPad Savings
The current generation of the basic iPad with an 11″ display, A16 chip, and 128GB storage is on Amazon for 340 euros (8400 CZK). Czech prices start at ten thousand in official distribution and 9400 CZK for gray market products. The iPad offers a great price/performance ratio, many applications, long battery life, and a wealth of accessories.
Voplls M10 Projector
The Voplls M10 projector is available for 152 euros (3800 CZK), making it one of the most affordable Full HD projectors. While it may not offer top-tier image quality or high luminance, this basic single-chip LCD model is suitable for night screenings and has certified Netflix and Prime Video support, as well as a stand rotating up to 180°, automatic focus, and trapezoidal correction.
Apple AirPods Deals
Amazon is selling the earplug Wireless AirPods 2 for 202 euros (5000 CZK), at least five hundred cheaper than domestic shops. AirPods offer good sound quality, effective ANC, and a case that charges with USB-C and Qi pads, working seamlessly with iPhones, iPads, and Macs. Also, AirPods 4 and AirPods 4 with ANCs are discounted EUR 123 (3050 CZK) and EUR 170 (4200 CZK).
Meta Quest 3S
The basic VR glasses from Meta are discounted by 19% to 270 EUR (6700 CZK), with Czech prices starting at 8400 CZK. The Quest 3S features the same chip as the Quest 3, Snapdragon XR 2 Gen 2 with 8 GB RAM, providing the same performance for applications and games, and has borrowed colorful cameras for the through AR mode.
The Quest 3S uses LCD with lower resolution, fresnel lenses, and a smaller field of view. IPD settings are narrower with three positions, similar to the Quest 2. However, it has better quality drivers with haptics and more accurate movement, suitable for playing games or watching videos in autonomous mode or when streaming from a computer.
DJI Mini 4 Pro
For those seeking more features, better image quality, and longer range, the higher model DJI mini 4 Pro in Fly More Combo costs 863 EUR (CZK 21,300), at least five thousand more expensive in the Czech Republic. Other drones and sets are also available in the events.
DJI Neo
The DJI Neo in the Fly More Combo set, which includes three batteries, a charger, and an RF driver, is discounted by a third to 243 euros (6000 CZK). This is just a few hundred more than a basic set without a controller with one flashlight in the Czech Republic. The drone weighs only 135 grams and has a solid (non-folding) body, classifying it in the least regulated class C0.
The DJI Neo includes a 12Mpx camera capable of recording videos in 4K30 with electronic stabilization. While recording quality is passable, its main advantage is its portability and ease of use.
Netatmo Weather Station
Netatmo’s weather station costs 112 EUR (2750 CZK). In the Czech Republic, a set of indoor and outdoor sensors sells from 3000 CZK. The station relies on a mobile app and web interface, and it can be integrated into a smart home on Google and Apple platforms. Other Netatmo products are also discounted on Amazon, including modules for the weather station, security cameras, smoke alarms, and thermostats.
Mac mini M4
The Mac mini desktop computer with an M4 chip, 16 GB of memory, and a 256GB SSD is discounted to 564 euros (CZK 13,950). Apple charges almost four thousand more, and it has not yet been cheaper in Czech stores. The Mac offers high performance, a small form factor, low power consumption, and quiet cooling.
Kindle Paperwhite 6
Amazon traditionally marks down electronic readers during the event. The Kindle Paperwhite 6 with 16GB storage and in a version without advertising is discounted by 19% to 147 euros (3650 CZK), which typically costs over 4300 CZK in the Czech Republic.
