Chateau Romance Blossoms: Illya Knew Sylwia Was “It” Within Days of Meeting
Hauterives, France – Illya, co-owner of the French chateau featured on B&B Full of Love, has revealed he felt a strong connection with Sylwia almost promptly upon her arrival, solidifying his feelings after just three days. In a newly released personal account, Illya details how Sylwia’s initial impression, even from her request video, sparked his interest and how their connection deepened beyond the cameras.
“Even before Sylwia arrived, she had my attention. There was something about her video. She was radiant, she was spontaneous and I found myself secretly waiting for her arrival,” Illya wrote. He confessed to anticipating a positive connection, even before meeting her in person, believing she “woudl probably be the nicest of all the ladies.”
That initial feeling proved accurate. Illya vividly recalls Sylwia’s immediate impact, describing her playfully engaging in a game of golf with karine within minutes of arriving, “in that pink outfit of hers.” He noted Sylwia’s preparedness and self-assuredness,a quality he found especially engaging.
however,the true connection formed after the cameras stopped rolling. “On camera you are aware of everything you say and do… You only really get to know someone outside the cameras,” Illya explained.He admitted to wanting to spend time with Sylwia, despite the need to give all the contestants a fair chance.
“Yet after three days I knew: Sylwia is it for me. We had two evenings of long, deep conversations. It just felt good. And if something feels good, then you should follow it,” he shared. He praised Sylwia’s down-to-earth nature, spontaneity, and willingness to help, noting her helpfulness even with tasks like cleaning rooms.
As the chateau prepares for a winter renovation, Illya announced they are entering “job mode,” with assistance from professionals, including Marcel, a former B&B Full of Love contestant. “I placed a call and he responded immediately: ‘Yes, great, I’m coming.’ Great, right?” Illya wrote. The renovation will be documented and shared with fans as they embark on this “new chapter” together.
