As Monaco prepares for its annual Grand Prix, Prince Albert II is reflecting on his 20 years as sovereign, highlighting personal milestones and the evolving role of Princess Charlene in the principality. In a recent interview with Monegasque press, the prince shared insights into his daily routine, his children, and his pride in his family.
Daily Routine and Staying Fit
Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is a priority for Prince albert. He revealed that his day often begins with simple exercises. A little bit of stretching. when you get older, you have to treat yoru joints.
He also incorporates swimming into his schedule when possible, stating, When time allows, I do a few lengths in the pool between two meetings.
The Joy of Fatherhood
Prince albert emphasized the importance of his 10-year-old twins, Jacques and Gabriella, in keeping him young and active. The children help to keep me young too.You have to follow them!
