Gaza City – Al Jazeera has condemned the assassination of two of it’s journalists, Anas Al-Sharif and Muhammad Qureiqa, in Gaza City on November 8, 2025. The network directly accuses the Israeli occupation forces of responsibility for the killings, stating that the journalists were deliberately targeted.

According to an official Al Jazeera statement, the Israeli army had previously declared the location of the Al Jazeera journalists’ tent at the Al-Shifa Complex, effectively marking them as targets.The network asserts that this attack occurred amidst a severe humanitarian crisis in Gaza, characterized by widespread massacres and suffering.
