Francis, then performing under the ring name Top Dolla, stated that people questioned the choice, asking why anyone would request to meet him.

“When I was in WWE, sometimes you become a victim of your own success,” Francis said, describing how having active supporters generated friction behind the scenes. The interaction highlighted the contrast between his standing in WWE and his current role in TNA.

Francis Finds More Freedom to Show Capabilities in TNA

Francis contrasted that past environment with his current position in TNA, where he believes he has more freedom to demonstrate his in-ring capabilities. “Now that narrative’s completely changed. Now, when I’m in TNA, I get an opportunity to show exactly how good I am,” Francis said.
