CHELMSFORD, Mass. – iRacing Studios and Original Fire Games today launched iRacing Arcade on Steam, a recent, third-person arcade-style racing game featuring stylized versions of real-world cars and circuits. The game is available for $24.99, according to a press release issued by iRacing Studios.
iRacing Arcade offers players an engaging career mode, online multiplayer for up to 11 competitors, and customizable free play races. The game incorporates realistic elements such as fuel burn and tire wear, features found in other iRacing products, while maintaining an accessible, arcade-style experience designed for game controllers.
The game includes recreations of iconic cars, tracks, and series, such as Barber Motorsports Park, Imola, Mexico City, and Miami. Players can race in the FIA Formula 4, IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship’s GTP class, and the Porsche 911 GT3 Cup. A key feature is the ability to build and customize a motorsport campus, managing drivers and resources as players progress from grassroots racing to professional competition.
The release on Steam follows a demo period and a previously scheduled full release date in December that was delayed, according to a post on the Steam Community page. Console releases for PlayStation and Xbox are planned for this summer.
iRacing Studios is also the developer behind NASCAR 25, released last fall on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. The company, founded in 2003, has established partnerships with motorsport organizations including NASCAR, INDYCAR, and the FIA. Original Fire Games, the co-developer, is known for its previous title, Circuit Superstars.
A free demo of iRacing Arcade is available on Steam. More information can be found at www.iRacingarcade.com.
